【Guidelines for registration and abstract submission】

1. The conference participants are required to be registered online. Registration website: https://forms.gle/58sNz1cgAkswAsgP8

2. Please submit the abstract in “Word” format to E-mail: iccbiyuntech@gmail.com. And each abstract should be named as follow: Code of the submit area + Title + Lead author.

3. There is no limit to the number of papers contributed by same author.

4. Submit the paper for review in the form of abstract.

The text format of abstract submission (Please refer to Annex 1 for more details):

(1) Abstracts should be no more than 1 typeset page in length. (A4 paper)

(2) Typeset: Stay on the page boundary 3.5cm, leaving 2.5cm under the border, left and right boundaries to stay 3cm.

(3) Please list name of the authors in the order.

(4) The acceptable words range for the English abstract is within 300 words.

5. Deadline for registration and abstract submission：February 07, 2020. (Thu)

6. Results of abstract review returned to authors: February 14 , 2020. (Thu)

7. The results will be mailed to the lead author and upload on the registration website.

【Guidelines for full paper submission】

1. Deadline for full paper submission: February 28, 2020. (Fri)

2. Please submit the “Copyright License Agreement” and full paper in both “Word” and “PDF” formats to E-mail: iccbiyuntech@gmail.com.

3. Information of the upload files:

(1) Please refer to Annex 2 for the text format of full paper or download from the registration website.

(2) Please refer to Annex 3 for the “Copyright License Agreement” or download from the registration website.

(3) File name of the full paper (word format): Code of the submit area + Title + Lead author.

(4) File name of the full paper (pdf format): Code of the submit area + Title + Lead author.

(5) File name of the “Copyright License Agreement” (in the format of jpg or pdf): Code of the submit area + Title + Lead author+ Copyright License Agreement.

4. Each paper must be written in number of pages limited to 4, 6, 8 and 10, including title, abstract, keywords and references.

5. Edit the full paper by using “Word 2003” or above.

6. For the title, author, abstract and text format of the paper, please refer to the instructions for article layout. If the format fails to meet the requirements, the paper may be returned for modification, and would be accepted only after the modified paper meet the requirements.

【Review】

ICCBI (abbreviation of this conference) will be responsible for the preliminary format review. And the abstract content will be reviewed by ICCBI's review committee, which will be composed of scholars and experts from relevant design fields appointed by ICCBI.

【Presentation】

1. According to the results of review, participators must to present their papers on the date of conference to get the “Certificate of Appreciation” and “Abstract Proceedings”

2. Presenter must to receive the conference information and certificate of appreciation in person on the date of conference.

3. Oral presentation: duration of your talk will be in 15 minutes and comment will be in 5 minutes.

4. Langue of presentation: Chinese or English.

5. The agenda of the conference and the schedule of presentation will be announced separately.
