Technology and life quality have enhanced by the popularization of network information. Cross-boundary study, cooperation and integration with innovative thinking are obviously becoming the new trend of this generation. Therefore, domestic and overseas industries have been transformed, breaking the old thinking and start to seeking more unknown possibilities through cross-boundary integration with design. Under this circumstance, Department of Creative Design, National Yunlin University of Science & Technology is going to hold the “2020 Creative Design: The International Conference on Cross-Boundary” to strengthen the exchange of academic fields and new technologies between domestic and overseas.

  The conference will focus on four areas of research, “Creative Design”, CrossBoundary and Integration Design", "Intelligent Innovation Design" and "Cultural Management and Development" to provide in-depth experience and high quality of design thinking. In order to explore how to make cross-boundary and integration, promote innovative ideas, strengthen sustainable development and industrial management, and foster all-round talents in the future.

Smart city, smart urban and rural, AI industry applications, smart healthcare, digital applications and design, intelligent services and other areas related to smart innovation.

4. Cultural Management and Development:

Cultural and creative industries, place-making, cultural aesthetics, tribal and community development, local knowledge and folk culture, local industry innovation and other cultural management related fields.
